Processing time: If you have placed your order on a weekday before 11pm, it will be processed the next day in our warehouse (except on Fridays, weekends and public holidays).

Shipping options: We offer several shipping options, including standard and express shipping. The shipping options available may vary depending on your location and the products selected.

Delivery time: For standard shipping, the estimated delivery time to United Kingdom, Sweden, Denmark, Germany and Austria is 3-12 business days after dispatch, unless otherwise stated.

Januari Pre-order: The delivery time for orders in januari are 3-5 weeks due to our pre-order sale 

Please note that the actual delivery time may be affected by factors such as your location, weather conditions and any delays from the courier service.

Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping option selected. The shipping costs will be clearly displayed during the order process, before you finalise your order.

Import costs: Import costs may need to be paid and the buyer is responsible for paying the import costs.

Track your order: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
